Join us as we celebrate a milestone milestone season with creativity, faith, and community! In honor of the ICS Church’s Golden Jubilee, we invite artists of all ages to share their gifts and express how God is moving in their lives.

General Guidelines for Submissions

1. Eligibility: Open to participants ages 5 years old and above. Non-ICS participants are welcome to join provided they are connected with an ICS member.

2. Theme Connection: All submitted artworks must connect meaningfully with the theme: Accelerate: Moving in the Power of the Holy Spirit.

3. Medium & Format: Canvas and/or framed artworks are accepted across various mediums (e.g., acrylic, oil pastel, charcoal, photography, etc.).

4. Size Limit: Canvas/framed artworks must not exceed 20 x 15 inches.

5. Other Art Forms: 3D artworks such as pottery, glass, or sculpture will be evaluated individually prior to acceptance due to venue space limitations.

6. Submission Limit: Maximum of 3 art pieces per participant.

7. Artwork Information: Every submitted piece must include a title and a 1-sentence description written by the artist.

8. Content Restrictions: Depictions of nudity, violence, horror, political entities, or specific religious figures/entities are strictly prohibited.

Silent Auction Guidelines

All accepted artworks will participate in a silent auction throughout the exhibit period, supporting both our artists and the ICS ministry.

• Artwork Identification: Each piece will be assigned a unique tracking code for auction monitoring.

• Proceeds Allocation: Artists may select one of the following proceeds-sharing options:

  • Option A: 100% of proceeds donated to ICS

  • Option B: 60% proceeds to ICS / 40% to the artist

• Starting Bids: Artists may suggest a starting bid between ₱500 and ₱1,000.

• Bidding Process: Bidders can submit bids anytime during the exhibit period (Nov 21 – Dec 5) by scanning the QR code displayed next to each artwork, which will lead directly to the official auction Google Form.

• Winner Notification: Auction winners will be contacted via email with instructions on payment and artwork collection at the conclusion of the fair.
