At ICS Church, we believe Circles are where real life, pastoral care, and spiritual growth happen. Circle Leaders Training 1 (CLT 1) is designed to equip emerging small group leaders and apprentice co-leaders with the practical skills, pastoral heart, and leadership tools needed to guide a Circle effectively.  

In this training, you will learn how to facilitate meaningful group discussions, build authentic relational community, provide basic pastoral care, and help group members take their next steps on the discipleship pathway.

Whether you are preparing to launch a new Circle, stepping up as an apprentice co-leader, or looking to deepen your shepherding skills, CLT 1 will give you the confidence and framework to make a lasting kingdom impact.
