Join pastors, ministry leaders, and church volunteers from ICS and partner ministries for a transformative 3-day leadership gathering designed to refresh your calling, strengthen your leadership, and deepen your encounter with God.

This conference creates intentional space for leaders to personally encounter God, be encouraged in their calling, and grow in healthy self-leadership. Through practical equipping and meaningful fellowship, we will develop sustainable team leadership and prepare our churches for empowered leadership transitions—so we can serve faithfully and finish strong.
