  Address everyday career hurdles, manage workplace conflict, and discover how to navigate disillusionment to find inner peace in your work.

  
  

• Session 2: Success (Sept 23)

  Reframe what it means to be successful. We will explore how to balance ambition with contentment, count the cost of our sacrifices, and discover personal calling in our careers.

  
  

• Session 3: Standing Out (Sept 30)

  Explore how everyday actions and core values like empathy and respect create a lasting positive impact and build bridges in diverse workplaces.
