About the Balintawak System

Balintawak Eskrima is a Filipino martial art developed in the 1940s to prepare individuals for real-time defense. It emphasizes reaction under pressure, strong defense, and fluid motion. Using a method called agak (to guide), students are trained through one-on-one instruction that builds confidence and quick response.

About the Trainor

GM Flint Tabimina is a well known Filipino Martial Arts expert and international Instructor. He has been training martial arts and self defense enthusiasts since 1998 both here and abroad, providing self defense workshops and reaction-based training to local and foreign students and professionals from Singapore, Malaysia, US, UK, Australia, Israel and and many others. likewise trained personnel and staff of various local and national government units such as the Presidential Security and Escort Groups, the Intelligence and Fugitive Search Unit of the Phil Bureau of Immigration, local PNP units and company executives and security personnel of multinational companies Ilke United Laboratories, etc. His students also include well known personalities and celebrities.
