July was a meaningful month for ICS Church as we celebrated God’s faithfulness in our 50th anniversary year and continued to Shift to Accelerate. From prayer and discipleship to youth ministry and celebrating 27 years of Deaf Ministry, we witnessed God moving through our church and strengthening His people.
In this update, we look back at the moments that shaped July at ICS Church:
Mid-Year Prayer Week: We began July with a powerful week of prayer, surrendering to God and seeking His guidance as we learn to Shift to Accelerate. Together, we were challenged to move from routine to revival, from attendance to deep discipleship, and from human limitations to extraordinary faith.
Alpha Course Celebration: After 10 weeks of exploring faith, life, and God together, Alpha participants gathered to celebrate their journey. Inspiring testimonies marked the occasion, with several attendees taking the next step toward water baptism and continuing their walk of faith.
NexGen Youth: Our youth gathered for a memorable Bring-A-Friend Sunday filled with fun, worship, and community. Through a message on identity, they were encouraged to let Jesus define who they are and continue growing as a generation that worships, connects, and lives for Him.
Deaf Ministry 27th Anniversary: ICS Deaf Ministry celebrated 27 years of God’s faithfulness! We rejoiced over the growing community and the ways God continues to move through our brothers and sisters, praying for an even greater impact in the years ahead.
Together, these moments reminded us to keep pursuing God with renewed faith and purpose. As we continue to Shift to Accelerate, we remain committed to Love, Disciple, and Send, while living out our JLIFE values: Joyful Living, Loving Relationships, Incredible Unity, Fervent Faith, and Excellent Service.
