Leadership Begins with His Presence
We were reminded of a powerful truth: God does not call perfect people—He calls those who faithfully walk with Him.
As leaders, pastors, and servants of God, our identity is not found in titles, achievements, or accomplishments. Before anything else, we are sons and daughters of a loving Heavenly Father. His call is not for us to strive in our own strength, but to pursue Him wholeheartedly and allow His presence to be enough.
We learned that dreaming big is not about building our own kingdom—it is about advancing God's Kingdom. True success is found in being willing to serve faithfully, even when no recognition comes our way, knowing that everything we build is for His glory and for generations to come.
Whole and empowered leaders lead from intimacy with God, not from exhaustion. They are shaped by His presence, strengthened by His love, and confident because they know who walks beside them every step of the way.
May we continue to lead from communion with God, trusting that His presence is what transforms lives, ministries, families, workplaces, and communities.
